“Keep Hope Alive".
Hope is an interesting concept. We don't seem to fully grasp how much we need it, until it is gone , or destroyed. The question then is who can help us restore hope, when it is lost in our lives. The prophet Isaiah( 61:1-4) states that Jesus came to “ comfort those who mourn...to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness”
.When our hope has been destroyed, we must remember that it can be / must be renewed .When our hope, has been broken down, it can be/ must be rebuilt, So my friend, let's Keep Hope Alive!!

"Be An Encourager”
Barnabas was known as the son of Encouragement. (Acts 4:36) People will achieve great heights if they know people believe in them. If we are going to encourage others, we must learn to see the good in people; If we cannot appreciate the redemptive qualities in people, we cannot be effective in the work of encouragement. If you are not an encourager, if you are a “I knew it would not work”, or an “I told you so” person, it is time to jump on the Encouragement band wagon, because a little encouragement goes a long way!!!

"Hide and Seek "
Why is it that we as Christians , wear so many masks, instead of living transparent lives. In my day, there was a saying of” letting it all “ hang out”, but today we say it’s better to “tuck it” all in:” cover, hide, pretend , and mask, our true feelings. But God knows all about our human frailties and the good news is that He still loves us! So when we fail ,fall, and falter let us not run from Him, but run to Him!
By the way , I find it very interesting that while Jesus is hard on hypocrites, He never condemns sinners (John 3:17 ) says “For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Hallelujah!!

"What’s In Your Hand?"
God asks Moses a simple question: " "What's in your hand, Moses?" (Exodus 4:2 ) Moses was a shepherd.Moses looks at his hand. "A staff," he responds .The Lord says, "Throw it on the ground." Moses does so, and it becomes a snake. God tells him to pick it up by the tail, and it turns back into a staff. Hmmmm.
Over the next 40 years of Moses' life, God uses that simple wooden stick to deliver the Israelites from Pharaoh, to open the Red Sea, to win a battle with the Amalekites and , to bring water from a rock. As Moses learns to use in faith what God has put in his hand, his life changed dramatically:,and my friend so will yours!!!

Topic: “ Fear or Faith”
An essential lesson you must learn in life is.".Don't Let That Scare You"
One of the tactics of the devil is to embed fear in you , but don't give in to his schemes . Purpose in your heart that starting today , you will overcome the spirit of Fear with Faith!
Isaiah . 43:1-3 , says “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you, when you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior”

"There Will Be Glory, After This"
“Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the lord deliverer him out of them all.”
It seems that immediately after you decide to give your life to Christ , problems, persecution, and afflictions increase. But I have found in my walk with the Lord, the greater the warfare, the greater my anointing; the deeper the depth, the greater my height .The harsher the attackers, the brighter my destiny Why? ,Because There" There Will Be Glory, After This" !!! “Opening the Flood Gates”
Psalm 118:1 “Oh give thanks, unto the Lord for He is good:”
A thankful heart can change the way you see life. It is a flood-gate opener to blessings, joy, and peace. Here’s a couple of things you can do, to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Meditate on the things that you have in your life to be thankful for. Make a list of the things God has done for you, and keep those things on your mind throughout the day.
It may take a little more work at first, especially if your mind is programmed to think negatively, but you can do it. I know you can!!!
OK, I will start. I'm thankful for the fact that God loves me enough to discipline /chastise me!

"Alone But Not Lonely "
A spirit of loneliness can be detrimental to our emotional health, because it can make us compromise and settle for less than God’s best for our lives..The feeling of having something, is better than having nothing, so we rather put up with the negativity designed to tear down our self esteem, the lying , cheating, and the extra marital affairs; than being alone with no one to watch movies with, talk to, cuddle with. But it is better my friend , to feel the sting of loneliness, and to trust God enough to let go of all bad relationships, and make room for new exciting people who are tied to your destiny!
Psalms 37;4-6 Delight thyself also in the Lord, and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart..

"Standing in the Gap"
I just want to encourage you my friend, to continue to stand in the gap, and pray for your friends, familiy, and even for your enemies salvation.
Don't give up,because He who has promised is faithful. Isaiah 59:1 reminds us,"Behold. the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot
save: nor His ear heavy, that it can not hear." He rules and reigns over all. He is the "God of all flesh", and there is absolutely, positively, nothing too hard for Him! So why not thank and praise Him in advance. Hallelujah

“Sometimes God Whispers”
The prophet Elijah was waiting for God: (1 Kings 19:11-13, ) and after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper......
God speaks to us through His Word, through people, circumstances, nature prayer, etc.The question is not if God is speaking, but are we listening; because sometimes God Whispers. So as you go along today, listen for the Whispers of God. Sometimes it’s whispers of warning like “Stay away from that. You know better.” And other times it is whispers of"Trust me, even though you don't understand."
When you hear God's loving voice, thank Him for what he has spoken to you.

"Dressed to Kill "
We are in a spiritual battle, a spiritual war, a spiritual fight, but God gives us the armor and weapons that we need to use.Yet ,it’s up to us to put them on and use them! Here they are: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the boots of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit along with prayer.”(Ephesians 6:11-12)
So let’s make sure that we are "dressed to kill" sharp as a razor, so that we can defend and defeat any attack Satan may throw at us. Without the whole armor, we are defenseless against his tricks, deceit, and lies :and we will fall victim to his attacks. Remember my friend, Jesus has already won the war, the victory is ours

" You Are A Winner"
“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed (2Corinthian 4:7-9)
So my friend, It does not matter what the enemy is working against you, or what your struggling with; Your set back, is just a setup, for a comeback!

" Self Esteem”
Is your view of yourself determined by the way the world sees you, or do you look at yourself through the lens of God?
Do you have to compare yourself to “better” yourself? Or can you go “solo” - and still stand tall?
It's important for us to remember that God doesn't make junk!
Psalms 139:14, says, "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works”

"Weakness or Strength?"
It’s important for us to give thanks and praise to God, even when things are not going well in our lives. By doing so, we will develop a deeper understanding of how God uses our weaknesses to catapult us spiritually. The irony of it is, that our strengths are hidden within our weaknesses! When we are weak in ourselves, then we are strong in the Lord !
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me (2 Corinthians 12:9)

“In the Waiting Room”
Waiting is one of the hardest things to do, because it forces us to rely on God. It is not just something we have to do while we get what we want., but rather it is the process of becoming what God wants us to be. May you find encouragement as you mediate on God’s Word, and wait until He fulfills His promises in your life.
“He gives power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increases strength .Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run,
and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" .
(Isaiah 40:29-31)
